- Major metropolitan areas in Europe: Typically take 10-12 business days to arrive.
- Major metropolitan areas in Asia: Typically take 5-8 business days to arrive.
Note: Delivery times may vary for remote areas such as islands. Special circumstances (e.g., promotional periods or customized items) may cause delays.
3. Order Processing Time:
Order shipment times are determined based on the time the customer places the order, with orders generally shipped within 48 hours.
4. Shipping Fee Policy:
- For international orders under $200 USD, there is a shipping fee of $15 USD. Shipping fees may vary based on the specific destination country/region and order weight.
- International orders totaling over $200 USD qualify for free shipping.
5. Package Tracking and Notifications:
- Upon shipment, we provide a tracking number and link that customers can use to monitor the status of their package.
- We promptly notify customers of the shipment status and estimated delivery time via email and SMS.
6. Returns and Exchange Policy:
